Process

Our planning process involves detailed review, analysis, and coordination of all facets of your financial situation, including the eight key elements outlined in the Services section of this website. Only through such an integrated comprehensive approach can your true financial condition be determined and the proper plan be developed and implemented.

Our ultimate goal is to be the financial intermediary for all of your financial questions and concerns, as well as the coordinators and facilitators of planning services required with either our professional network of CPA’s, attorneys, and insurance agents, or with those of your choosing.

We view each individual, family, or business as unique, requiring a customized plan that takes into account all of the key elements you have put in place, considering not just the values of your financial assets, but also what you value most in life. We then identify gaps and potential issues, define short- and long-term goals and objectives, and measure your risk tolerance. We then develop integrated planning strategies that address the financial challenges you face and those you desire to achieve.

As Certified Financial Planners™, we firmly believe that successful long-term comprehensive financial planning requires customized strategies and frequent reviews that can only come from a competent and unbiased advisory firm — versus a unilateral, non-diversified, or fragmentary approach.

We also recognize that over time circumstances may change in areas such as work, marriage, education, health, and retirement planning. These, in addition to evolving economic conditions, require reviews of the plan at least on an annual basis. Given this approach, regular consultations to discuss changes and make any needed adjustments to the plan are vital. Client meetings are conducted on regularly scheduled basis or as needed, and can take place in our office, your home, or a location of your choice. In addition to meeting at your convenience, we provide continuous education and reporting via quarterly investment portfolio performance mailings and account website access.
